• Transparent mechanism: It has been resolved in the BOD meeting with consensus of all members that no benefit will be awarded to blood relatives of the member.
• Merit based scholarship (6 defined parameters)

• Target of administration cost has been set on allocated budget of scholarship program.
• 90 % of allocated budget on Scholarship
• 10 % of allocated budget on administration. (Arrangement of scholarship conferring ceremony, monthly training for 10 months, printing of marketing materials, registration forms, test papers etc.)
